L.A.M. on Where in the World is Singapore?

Singapore is famous for many things. When you mention Singapore, several things come to mind such as banning chewing gum, caning Michael Fay, hosting the only F1 night race and having the best airport in the world. However despite all these notoriety, Singapore is not famous enough for people to know where it is as seen in the examples below:

Hilton Worldwide: Singapore Changi Airport is in Shanghai

Good response by Changi Airport though.

IndianDude: Singapore is in China

Amanda Bieber: Singapore is in Europe

Singapore is in Europe

Cartoon Network based cartoon: Singapore is in Wisconsin or Malaysia

Simpsons Universe: Singapore is in badly drawn Borneo

Singapore is a ghost town in Michigan

Commonly searched in Google: Singapore could be in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or Europe

If you can't beat them, join them. So yes, Singapore is in China, it's also in Europe and Malaysia. In fact Singapore is in wherever you want it to be. Because Singapore is magic.

L.A.M.

Note: Yes, I know that Singapore is also a ghost town in Michigan and that it is a legitimate point but I decided to include it here because it's interesting enough to be included. :) Also, if you have any more examples, please feel free to include them in the comments below.
